The guys were pleasant enough, and they tried helping me out. Unfortunately at least one of their mechanics doesn’t know how to put things back when they remove them. They replaced my entire A/C and in the process had to remove some transmission cooling lines. They didn’t put the lines back correctly(all of this from their manager) and overheated my transmission. They waited and then put them back on. Here I am 2 months later with a transmission fluid leak and possibly a damaged transmission. I’ll be going elsewhere for anything other than tires. Update: So not only did they not reattach my transmission lines correctly but they also used a cutter to cut away part of my Jeep rather than taking the time to remove a part to reach something he needed to reach. Final Update: Firestone paid for repairs to my Jeep. Kudos to them for being honest and taking care of me when they could have just as easily blown me off.
