History

Established in 1974.

Small law firm founded by David Carlile (now retired). Brothers Casey and Scott Carlile handle a large range of legal issues including truck wrecks, commercial vehicle collisions, car crashes, personal injury claims, wrongful death, product liability suits, divorce cases, immigration matters and social security disability.

The lawyers at the Carlile Law Firm have many years of litigation experience in both Texas state courts and US Federal Courts. Scott and Casey Carlile and their dedicated staff strive to help their clients through difficult times so that the clients can get their life back together. The Carlile Law Firm offers competent, compassionate legal service to individuals throughout East Texas and the Ark-​La-​Tex region. Our goal is to treat our clients how we would want to be treated and help make our communities safer — one case at a time.

Scott and Casey C.

Business Owner

Brothers Scott and Casey Carlile are both Marshall, Texas natives and graduated from Marshall High School. Both Scott and Casey received BBA degrees from Baylor University before heading to law school. Casey received his law degree from the SMU Deadman School of Law and Scott is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law. Both Casey and Scott served as law clerks while in law school — Casey for the 5^th Court of Appeals in Dallas and Scott for the 4^th Court of Appeals in San Antonio. After graduating from law school Scott and Casey returned to Marshall, Texas to practice law with their father, David C. Carlile (now retired).
