Who knows… maybe I picked a good day and time to walk into Chase. There was no one at the receptionist desk but as I was looking at the clipboard to sign in a worker came up to inquire what I needed assistance with. I was looking for some assistance with my freedom card. He took me to his office space and all it took was my ID and some simple questions to verify myself. He then took a look at my account and made contact with their visa or card department. I spoke briefly with the woman over the phone to verify myself and my request went through easy peasy. It’s not often I walk into Chase because I mainly like to go to the ATM or the drive up for convenience. However, the last few times that I have come in to deal with issues it’s been quick and hassle-free.

Most of the employees here are really friendly and very helpful. Luckily I’ve never had to wait to long inside, however the drive-up takes forever. Go inside as long as it’s not a holiday.
