My wife and I have rented from Schramm’s on two different occasions. Both experiences have been absolutely fabulous. We worked closely with Joe who is a stand-​up guy! He was always very responsive and went out of his way to make sure that our needs were met. I could call the office and provide my first name — Joe always knew who I was without having to verify apartment numbers or locations. This awareness is pretty impressive given the number of locations Schramm’s manages.
If you are in the Marquette area or are moving to the area, I would highly recommend Schramm’s. We lived in the Northwoods units which were clean, quiet, and beautiful. Thank you Schramm’s for a great experience!

We stayed at Schramm’s properties in a furnished 2 bedroom apartment for 4 months when we relocated to Marquette and were buying a home. Our apartment was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The apartment grounds, surrounding neighborhood, and neighbors were all pleasant. The property manager, Joe was wonderful and accommodative as we had to change our move out date several times. The apartments we stayed at were close to a paved trail system. Great for biking, walking and running!

Don’t waste your time with this company or they will waste yours. I called and worked with Joe. I’m in Marquette on business and needed a furnished apartment for six-​months. I was ready to sign a lease on a unit the day I called him because he had one coming available in just a couple of days. He wouldn’t show me the unit because the tenant was still in it. He made me wait three-​days before he would show me the unit. He said that’s when the current tenants would vacate. This LOUSE called me the day before our appointment and told me he had already rented the unit to someone else. I will never work with this company again. There are about 25 of us traveling into Marquette every week, currently staying at a hotel. I’ve already told all of them not to bother with Schramm Properties, because there’s nothing «superior» about them! I now have to wait until September for other apartments to become available with other companies. Even though Joe has another unit coming available at the same time as the unit I wanted, I won’t waste another second on him or this company.
