The Law Office of Daniel A. Frischberg was formed to help those in need. We understand what being in debt feels like and want to help improve your lives. Attorney Frischberg dedicates a majority of his time to provide Pro-​Bono (free) legal services with the Essex County Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, and Rutgers Pro-​Bono Bankrutpcy Project.

Business Owner

Attorney Dan Frischberg was born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island, New York. He received his B.A. in political science from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. He received his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He understands the frustrations of debt. He practices with compassion and understanding and fights hard for his clients.

Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey & The United States District Court for the District New Jersey.
