Anita is a caring, compassionate therapist who always has my best interests in mind. She listens to everything I have to say and allows me space to share whatever is on my mind. She teaches me how to find joy in life and gives me strategies to fight depression. Anita helps me strengthen my relationships with family members and teaches me how to be my true self. I have been working with Anita for several years and I would never consider switching to a different therapist. Anita is an empathetic person and counselor. I am blessed to have her as my therapist.
