Who knew that a Chiropractor office would also have a great fitness program? They have a personal trainer package that is extremely reasonable. It is 10 sessions for only $ 300. I worked out with Jordana and she was extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness. She pushed me to my limit, but no further. The fitness studio was well equipped with multiple cardio machines, equipment, and free weights. I would highly recommend coming here if you are new to fitness or just getting back on track and need some motivation and pointers.

I started going to a chiropractor when I was 8 years old, due to an injury, and Health Goals is by far the best practice I have ever been to!
From the staff at the front desk as soon as you walk in, to the doctors, they are all extremely friendly and welcoming. With services available from physical training, massage, acupuncture, and an esthetician they are truly one stop shopping for the body!
Dr. Angela Jarvis is definitely the best chiro I’ve had over the many years I’ve been receiving treatment. Not only is she great at what she does, but she takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient.
I was also a participant in their 8 Weeks to Wellness program and it completely changed my life! I highly recommend this program, not just for weight loss, but to change your outlook on exercise and eating into a way of life and not just a diet. I’ve lost over 40lbs and hope to keep going!
I gave Health Goals 5 stars, but I’d give them more if I could!

I visited this center when I met with my friend, Dr. Angela Jarvis, to consult on a detox diet I was planning to do. She showed me around the office and I was amazed at everything it had to offer: Acupuncture, chiropractic care, personal training, yoga, nutrition counseling and lots more.
Angela walked me through everything I needed to know about the detox and was always available to answer questions I had along the way. After the detox I felt lighter, healthier and more relaxed, just as she said I would. I highly recommend this center for anyone looking to improve their health.

I have been going to chiropractors for years and I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this office and doctors are!!! Dr. Jarvis is my chiropractor and she is so good, I feel absolutely amazing when I leave! She knows exactly how to adjust me depending on what is going on with my body! There is never any pain with her adjustments and she gives the BEST little message before she adjusts the area! Dr. Jarvis is simply amazing with adjustments, there is no other way to put it! And she is super nice which is totally a bonus!
The staff here is awesome as well! They are all incredibly nice and super helpful! I never have trouble getting an appointment and their hours very each day so anyone can work with that schedule.
Their office is really nice and new and really clean as well. They also have a TON of other services here… Fitness training, yoga, food sensitivity testing, acupuncture, message therapy, facials, waxing (I have done food testing, facial and waxing — all also amazing) and some others as well.
So in short if you have any pain anywhere– you must come see Dr. Jarvis… She will change your life! This office and Dr. Jarvis have changed mine!!!
