History

Established in 2008.

In recent years the real-​estate industry has changed dramatically. It has become a ‘buyers market’ with a large inventory of houses for sale in virtually all market areas. Many listings remain unsold for an unprecedented number of days. As a Real Estate professional with over 25 years experience I recognize the importance of presenting a property in the best light. Potential buyers usually decide how much they like a property by picturing their own possessions in the house. That’s not always easy if the home is cluttered with unattractive décor and furnishings. Recognizing this important need I established «CPR Home Staging LLC» to work with individual clients and real estate agents to sell a property faster and for more money, all the while making home selling a less stressful experience.
