The sewing is «ok», the ‘customer service’ leaves a lot to be desired. I had a few pairs of pants altered here, and the work was acceptable. The first pair were taken in but done in a way that made the pockets difficult to use, when I returned with another pair of pants and asked for them to be done in a way that wouldn’t make the pockets nearly unusable she didn’t want to make the change. There seem to be two women who general work here, one of them is very quiet but seems friendly, the other is borderline hostile. The previous review mentioned the curtains, and while I didn’t have anyone talking on the other side it was a little unnerving to hear someone moving around outside the curtain area. I won’t be going back, I’ve found another seamstress in the area to work with.

Couldn’t disagree more with the review written above. Have been using this lady for years for all my alterations, and I have EXACTING specifications as being an entertainment company with a need for absolute reality in costumes. Never a stitch out of place, and things were returned in a super timely manner. It’s an Italian family, and they always have family around. However, you see the smiles on their faces, as well as their customers faces? It’s because when you treat people right, they WANT to hang around you. Just like a good barber shop… notice how there’s always people hanging around, not even getting their hair cut? All about a positive environment. Feel free to call me toll free– 800−299−8311, and I’d gladly set the record straight on this business, because it’s far from one star.
