Unreliable and unprofessional
We called today with an urgent need. We chose Roto Rooter because we thought a larger company may have more resources to help quickly. We called at 10 am and were given a 12 – 4 time frame. Good to go, we thought. But we were called at 3 pm and told they can’t help us today after all because they are busy on another job. Now we have waited 5 hours and will have a much harder time finding someone today. In the meantime our tenant is not able to use their toilet. To add insult to injury the person calling had no concern about the situation we are in even when I explained the urgency. It sounded like this is a routine issue for them. I could never have imagined a plumbing company backing out on an appointment for an urgent need. I don’t know how they can advertise that they are available ²⁴⁄₇ when they clearly are not.
