History

Established in 2009.

A twenty year veteran to the food business, Nick Markos brings a positive and warm atmosphere to the Marlborough community. Nick’s seafood, Roast beef, and deli introduces the freshest roast beef sandwich, served right off the slicer. Born and raised in the North Shore, where most roast beef shops originated, Nick Markos was taught how to perfect the roast beef sandwich from just one of the many relatives that have owned shops in North Shore area. More than thirty years ago, Nick’s uncle (Elias Markos) opened one of the states first hot roast beef sandwich shops. Since he was fifteen years old, Nick has taken an interest in his uncle’s business. Elias later lost his battle with Lou Gerig’s disease, but Nick’s has maintained his uncle’s legendary style in his own roast beef shop today located in Marlborough. come see what everyone ‘s talking about. Not only great food great personality too!
