I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst customer service. After specifically asking that they contact me prior to showing up and having it written in the quote that they do so, they showed up unannounced. After checking with the town about a tree that was initially part of the quote and realizing that it was owned by the town, I asked for an updated quote. I did not hear back for 6 days, so I called and was given attitude, yelled at and then hung up on.

These guys are great! I had two big trees behind my house that had to be taken down. They came in with cranes and took care of it no problem «over the house». They have a great crew. They are fastidious about cleaning up afterward, including putting fencing back like it was. They were in and out in no time and did exactly what they said they’d do.

I saw these guys working in the neighborhood and asked them to remove a tree in our yard. They were great.
Our tree was difficult to remove: a big dead branch high up, a fence and the house nearby, a slope to drive the bucket truck over, and other trees in the way. I’d hoped to find a company with a crew that could handle the tree safely. I was glad I waited for these guys.
When they came, they talked it over and then set to work. The man in the bucket was really good. He managed the chain saw, the bucket elevation controls, ropes and the tree with the kind of skill and sensibility you’d hope for in a situation like this. I watched the whole two hours and was amazed at how good he was.
The man on the ground kept his eyes on everything going on and was good at helping out to get the job done safely. The other three men helped out in the beginning and the end of the job, and in between they were doing work in another location. These guys were good at organizing things.
I’d happily call these guys again. They do good work.

Tried to call these guys to get an estimate for some tree work. I left a voicemail and they never returned my call. It has been a month since I called.

From scheduling our on-​site quote to the final clean-​up, this was a great experience all around. Rob is very knowledgeable and dedicated as is his entire team. The crew are like sculptors with their chainsaws and every aspect from removal to pruning was done with care and safety. In two days the team took down 10 100ft trees and pruned a 2 acre property surrounded by trees. Every stump grounded down and neat piles for usage at my discretion and all debris removed. Great job and looking forward to using them again on our next project!
