This place is not as bad as other reviews say. I got a groupon for interior and exterior detail. Amanda called me prior to my appointment and wanted to check if I could come earlier. It is a bit difficult to spot them at first but she guided né throughout and was friendly. They hardly took 30 min and detailed my entier car (despite the cold weather). They were very thankful that I came early and didnot even accept a gratuity.
They could have done a better job with the seats and the inside of the front and the back windshields. Rest all was great.

Wow — what a disappointment!
This «Deluxe Detail» is not deluxe at all. The car was barely washed. Bird poop and road dirt all over the place.
Also, they sent me an alert that my car was done, but when I came by 45 minutes later, it still wasn’t done.
Save your money and get a real detail elsewhere.
As you can see in the pics, the outside is barely washed.

This is for the Beverly location. Ugur was super nice, as was the woman helping him detail the cars. They get 5 stars for customer service, but 2 stars for quality of work, hence a total of 3 starts.
I purchased the full detail for a sedan groupon, $ 220 for $ 99 to try out their company. I was very impressed when I saw the car in the garage (but I came to find out that the darkness of the garage made it look good.) The console was sparkling and the steering wheel felt clean and like it had something sprayed on it. My shifter base still had a crusty stain on it that I easily scraped off with my nail. The interior smelled good, but I saw that my side view mirrors had spots on them, they were forgotten. This got me down, and so I started to examine the rest of the car once I got home in the sunlight. I looked at the side of my seat and saw that there was a crusty stain that I managed to scrape off, so it should’ve come off with steam washing. I wonder if the steam washing had even been done. Similar stains on the front of the seat.
The view from above was great, but it was when you looked closer that I grew to be disappointed. The carpets still had stuck in sand/​dirt in the driver’s area, backseat area and even the trunk, not a whole lot, but enough to not look perfectly clean. That’s what a $ 220 detail is for, right? To make your car look sparkling and untouched.
The area in between my door and seat also had crumbs left. I had a general gau’s sauce stain on the backseat area, that is now gone, but that was to be expected since it was an obvious stain seen from the top. My rims had been scrubbed, but there were some white soap? spots left over that had dried to look like dirt.
I’ve never had a detail done, but I’ve seen my boyfriend’s car come back from the Audi dealership after getting some repair work done and his carpets looked better than mine. I even told them that if my boyfriend was impressed by the work they did on my car, he would take the Audi here. I don’t think that will happen.
I really wanted to like this business and return again to pay the full price for future details, but it just is not worth $ 200. My carpets, nor my upholstery were shampooed.

Ugur detailed my newly purchased used Prius at the Beverly location and he did an INCREDIBLE job! My car looks and smells brand new, and all the cat hair and coffee stains of the previous owner are gone! Not only was he friendly and informative, but he was able to get started right away when I showed up half an hour early. This was probably one of the best Groupon experiences I’ve had in terms of the price to quality ratio!

I had my car detailed at the Beverly location this past Monday, and there is no exaggeration when I say it looks like I had just picked it up from the dealership. From exterior detailing to clean carpets to crisp leather seats I didn’t know it was possible to get my 5 year old Infiniti so immaculate again. You can tell the manager Abdu takes pride in his business by the attention to detail him and his employees exemplify in their flawless service.

Do NOT go to the Solomon Pond Mall location in Marlborough, MA, Horrible experience. 3 visits and car is still not clean. After removing the car seats for the 1^st appointment, I received a call 1 hour before the 2 PM appointment stating that it is canceled due to workers calling in sick, was already in route as I had to make arraignments to drop off the car. Made a follow up appointment for the following Monday, was told that the day was wide open, pick 10AM was told it would take 2 hours and come back about 12:30, was there at 1 and the car was only half done, only the inside was cleaned, made a 3^rd appointment to have the outside detailed (to finish the job they started), was told I would receive a TXT when completed, well once again it was there for over 2 hours and no TXT and no response via TXT or phone. Had to go there in person to find out what happened, once again the car wasn’t touched, was told it would be ready in a half hour. All they did was a quick wash, no wax, windows were dirty inside and out.
Horrible place, poor management, and loaded with excuses. Save your time and money and go to a real detail shop, not one run by teenagers. (Aug 2015)

I booked an appointment for 1pm and was told it would be a 2 hours appointment. I showed up at 1pm and was told it would be 2.5 hours. I told them I had to be out of there in 2.75 hours because I had a meeting. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. At 2.75 hour mark I went to get my car and they hadn’t even started it. The woman in charge was completely unapologetic. When I asked her why she didn’t tell me at drop off that they were running 3+ hours behind schedule she gave no reason and didn’t apologize. I had to leave so I took my car back exactly as I left it with them after 2.75 hours and a 40 minute drive each way.

Beware. This place is a waste of time and money. I made an appointment, which was cancelled within a couple hours of the appointment, due to understaffing. I rescheduled for the following week. I received a text confirming my appointment. But when I got there, no one was around. I called and texted the manager and got no response. I called the main number and got a recording that all appointments were cancelled and that customers should have received a text notification. I didn’t. Luckily, Living Social is honorable and allowed me to transfer my voucher to a detailer that hopefully has his stuff together.

Don’t bother buying a Groupon for the auto detailing at the Marlborough, MA site. I’ve made 3 appointments over the last 3 weeks and each time the manager contacted me via text or email to tell me that they needed to cancel my appointment because they were short-​staffed, someone called in sick. Once, is a minor inconvenience but I can be flexible. Twice, seems a little suspicious that the exact same thing happened. But a third time?! Seriously?! I think I’ll take my business to a company that wants it… and hopefully I can get a refund on the Groupon.

By far the worst Groupon experience ever. Total waste of time and money. Don’t even think of buying from the company. I bought a Groupon for a SUV detail. Made the appointment per their website. I received an instant confirmation of the appointment. The day before I received a reminder. The morning of I received a text message reminder. I showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled time and nobody was there. I waited a full hour and nobody showed up. I then left my key in the drop box and left. I came back 3 hours later to find my car not touched, no employees and my key still locked in the box. I proceeded to break open the lock box and get my key and leave. I wouldn’t let these clowns touch a Matchbox Car. I was fortunate enough that they didn’t redeem my Groupon code which they make you enter on their website. After non-​stop insisting for a refund from Groupon Customer Service Chat they finally gave me back $ 119 in Groupon Bucks.

Would never go back. Used a living social at the Marlboro location. They told me 2 hours and when I came back looked they hadn’t done anything. They tried to pressure me into paying extra for stains. After close to 3.5 hours got the car back and several major spots missed. Didn’t even open the center console, didn’t wash tires or side mirrors. The so called manager then tried to argue with me saying how they should have charged me for stains. Total scam and terrible quality. Never write reviews, but feel compelled to write this review to warn others

I used a Groupon yesterday on my car. Most of my windows were not clean. The back windows were not even touched. I have a dog so there’s dog nose marks in the back — so it was very obvious. What ever they used to spray my leather — they left splatter marks all over the leather and on the trim. There were still crumbs in my front console. When I got home I had to clean my windows and use my leather wipes to get the spray marks off. In addition, I waited for my car. I never got a call/​text. After 2−½ hours I walked out and it was sitting there ‘done’. This was not $ 99 dollars worth of work at all. Disappointed.

I brought my car to the Beverly location last week. I was greeted by the owner whose name was Abdu. My car was in desperate need of a good cleaning. When I returned to pick it up I couldn’t believe how clean he got it. The seat looked brand new (4yr old Volvo) and the carpet was spotless! Everything was so clean and smelled great. I actually looked forward to getting in my car again! Thank you Abdu for being so meticulous about your business and providing service that is tough to find! I will be back routinely to this Beverly location!

Went to the Solomon Pond Mall location last Saturday. Dropped the car off, as others have said it was hard to find the location. It is an actual store front, rather 2 trucks parked under the Mall’s garage roof. Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 employees on their cellphones talking about «bailing» a boyfriend out of jail for «vehicular theft and driving while intoxicated» they very rudely told me they were in the phone and if I wanted help to «go over there». We drove over to two other employees who were busy as could be. They eventually stopped and checked us in from information on a hand written ledger. Our car keys were put into an unlocked box in a truck.
An hour and 20 minutes later I received a text stating the car was ready to pick up. Well when we picked up the car we were shocked at what we saw. No detail was paid attention to the areas between the seats and the third row was completely overlooked.
I contacted the company via their «contact us» button on their website the very next day and have heard nothing back from them. It has been over a week.
The groupon was $ 99 for the $ 270 service. I don’t believe what we got was even worth the $ 99 let alone the full detail price. I am unimpressed.

I bought a Groupon for $ 99 for a $ 220 detail and I didn’t have a good experience with this company. My first appointment I made was canceled after I drove there and had the hardest time finding the place. The girl told me it would be a few hours and found my info scribbled on a notebook. I then got a call about 10 minutes later and the girl told me that a customer came in and his car is very dirty and she needs to reschedule me. Great! I made the appointment and show up and I have to come back??? I was not happy.
I made my second appointment on Friday the 22^nd and when I got there they were nice to me and told me it would be about 2 hours. I was fine with that and gave them my keys and walked into the mall. I get a text around 1:10 telling me that they are now going to wash my car and it will be done in 20 minutes. I walked over to my car 20 minutes later and the girl was still working on it and I told her not to rush. About 30 minutes later my car was done. Not the greatest detail job, windows were very streaky, missed some spots on the interior of the car. I drive home and I get a text from Tara telling me that they forgot to put my car mats back in my car, can I pick them up or she will drop them off to me. I am STILL waiting for her to drop my mats off and she hasn’t returned my text Friday afternoon! I just want my mats back so I can end this nightmare!

I had taken a livingsocial coupon for Lube2go. Went to the Marlborough one yesterday morning after booking an appointment. Firstly finding the location was just a mess. Called them to ask the exact location but went on voicemail and no response from anyone. After asking a lot in the mall, finally arrived at the location. Had taken the deluxe interior and exterior. Left the car there and picked up after 4 hours. Interior was very well done but wasn’t satisfied with exterior. Felt like the wax wasn’t done well and no shine. Looked like just a car wash on the outside. So taking off one star for the location details and another star for exterior wax. Overall not worth the $ 220 as shown on their website.

It should be obvious from the name, but know that this is a mobile (outdoor) service, they have no building. I went to the one in Marlboro which is in the parking lot behind Macy’s under the garage– hard to find if you are looking for a building. It was very cold outside, but the mall opens early even though the stores do not open until 11am. They said it would take up to 2.5hrs but the car was done in 1.5 hrs. The key is that they use steam to clean everything. This is not the same job you get at the dealer, but it is very well worth the price with the Groupon coupon through Unilocal.They missed a few spots on the inside front dashboard and they could not get a stain out from the carpet which they guessed was Coke and I am pretty sure they are correct. Overall I am happy with the service and as others have said, they go out of their way to be friendly. They call you when your car is done. I would use the service again with the coupon.

Today I drove an hour from Boston to the Beverly Lube2Go and I am so happy that I did! I got a Groupon for this place, after checking out all the places listed on Groupon. This one had the best reviews.
From the moment I arrived at the garage, I was greeted by the friendliest man who seemed to be in charge. He was so pleasant and happy and instantly made me feel glad that I had chosen to do business there. My SUV wasn’t in rough shape, but there were a few stains, including iced tea, that I wasn’t sure would come out. It took about 1.5 hours for the job to be completed. I was delighted with the results! My car was SPOTLESS and nice and shiny on the outside. I didn’t have much interaction with the gentleman who actually did the cleaning, but the man in charge was, once again, extremely gracious and kind.
I drove away with a car that looked and smelled brand new!

There were a few auto detailing deals on LivingSocial to choose from. I decided to go with this place because «Lube2Go» was also my nickname in college. I was feeling like a scumbag driving around in a dirty car. Thanks to Lube2Go, now I feel like a million bucks in my moderately priced Subaru PIMPreza XV that feels brand new. Despite their name, no lube was used… but they did buff out the huge scratches on my rear bumper! It looks so much better! Thanks Lube2Go for buffing my rear bumper! Service was quick too, 1.5 hours. My only concern now is the effort it will take to fight off the ladies that will want to date me because my car has become too sexy :(10/​10, would become a ladies man here again.

Purchased a voucher through Living Social for a deluxe SUV cleaning and went to the Marlborough location today. Overall I’d say good value for the price. Probably not worth the $ 270 the website advertises at, but for $ 98, it’s worth it. Good job on the interior vacuuming and upholestry cleaning, outside of car could have used more detail though (couple missed spots).

I’m not sure what’s happening at the Manchester NH one but I just left the Marlborough, MA Lube2go and the job was incredible! I brought my Honda Pilot in – our family car. As you can imagine there was kid crud and dog hair and just recently an entire cup of DD french vanilla coffee spilled in the front seat and onto the floor. The crew (Shane and co) was extremely pleasant and took on the challenge — I am amazed. It looks better than when i bought it used a few years ago. I admit it was a little weird when I first drove up and it was in the parking garage of the mall but it was actually very convenient because the mall opens early for walkers so I was able to sit and do work while the car was being done. I highly recommend this location and will bring my husband’s car next!

The crew at the Marlborough location is top-​notch! Phenomenal service and great attention to detail. My Escape looks and feels like a new car both inside AND out. I highly recommend this location for auto detailing.

The first encounter was bad but was asked to come again and the job was well done.
Knocking off a star for everything that happened with the first service. Would not mind going in again after the redo.
