Embassy Suites Hotel

We are in Marlborough for a hockey tournament and can’t say enough good about the staff. The manager on duty last night stopped in, our door was open, and said let him know if we needed anything, very welcoming. This a.m. he was working on the cook to order line. The manager on duty this a.m. Was pouring coffee for anyone who wanted it in the food line. He was also clearing tables as was the young man at check in. The breakfast line stayed open until everyone was fed. A great team effort!
Passed 2 maintenance men in the hallway and were greeted. Also, the maids were friendly and accommodating. The staff certainly chips in to get the job done at this location. They are here to make your stay pleasurable! I have always liked Embassy Suites but this one was superior!
