I work less then a ½ mile from this location and go to it everyday. But within the last year there service has gone hill. After this morning I not be going to this dunkin donuts anymore. They have messed up my order at least three times a week. But this morning was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered three coffees and only one was made right. I also order a breakfast sandwich which was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. I also ordered a English muffin toasted with butter and jelly on the side. Well I did get a English muffin with butter but if they did toast it it couldn’t have been more then a few seconds and of course no jelly on the side. WELL I GUESS I’LLBEGOINGTOMCDONALDFROMNOWON. And they are less expensive anyways. Thanks

This is a decent DD. Never an issue here. Crew is always smiling and friendly, and my coffee is perfect. The location is currently closed for remodeling as of today, 11÷9÷15. It is a shame because this location was slated to move to a brand new location at the former RMV building on the Marlborough/Southborough line, with patio seating, and all kinds of cool extras, until the City of Marlborough attached numerous stupid stipulations to the move,(found in the MetroWest Daily News), such as: «This location will be at the ‘gateway’ to the beautiful City of Marlborough, and it needs to look like the Taj Mahal of Dunkin Donuts.» So, now we have the current location being remodeled… good job to the City of Marlborough… hope the RMV building sits vacant for another 20 years, like it already has.

My husband and I are frequently visiting dunkin donuts. There’s no denying how much I love their coffee! We usually go to the location off of Boston post road by price chopper and have never had an issue.. However we were heading in a different direction a couple weeks ago and decided for convenience sake, to try the location off of maple st. Horrible decision. I’ve never been treated by an employee the way this guy treated me! I pull up to the speaker and proceed to order an extra large iced coffee for my husband. Now remember it’s winter and I’ve been ordering him an extra large hot coffee all winter — so I automatically said extra large. The guy responds to me «well you’ve OBVIOUSLY never been here before because we don’t sell extra large iced coffee». Ummm. wow did i hear that correctly? So I feel like an idiot of course and I correct myself and order a large. My husband asked if there was a reason he was being so rude and he said«I’m just joking; so what else do you want ?» He cancelled our order and we waited for the line to clear so we could leave. When we got to the window there were two other employees greeting us apologizing for what had happened. The guy who actually said it was hiding behind them. I just tried to explain that I got the sizes mixed up but the girl was very nice and told me it was not ok what happened and she was sorry but they are always«joking around«at this location and that’s just the way it works there and their regular customers like it. I felt a little put off because all I really wanted was for the original guy to apologize and fix the problem! I explained to her that I felt that it was very rude and Mr Tough guy jokester started raising his voice in the back saying«I told you it was a joke what else do you want from me?!» I can’t believe he is even arguing at this point and I asked if I could speak to a manager. They informed me there was no manager available. Tough guy then says«oh you can call though and report me honestly I don’t even care it’s not a big deal at all. Go ahead and call them» Well first off this is someone’s business so you should care and second off — what kind of management is happening if employees don’t care about being respectful to customers? We are telling everyone to stay away from this location. Just an awful experience.

I don’t like the taste of coffee, but I frequent this DD often for a chocolate chip muffin. They aren’t made on site, which should be filed under«DDWTF?». So I am not surprised to discover they are out of my precious muffins by the early afternoon. I’ll survive. Is this a good biz practice? Really?
