Replaced battery in G Shock for $ 10. Even set the time fore me was thrilled. Took a shower, my watch is ruined now. I’ve showered w the watch on for three years because it’s waterproof. They will replace my watch or I will sue them.

I gave this place 3 stars because while their service and prices are good, their customer service was terrible.
$ 10 in 10 minutes to get my watch length adjusted.
I called around to get some links removed from my Movado watch and what I thought to be a simple task (like seriously, seems pretty straightforward), some Jewelers charged $ 16+ (Sach’s and Kay’s) and some wouldn’t even touch a Movado because of insurance reasons (JC Penny and Walmart), and some didn’t have the materials for it (Macy’s).
Someone finally recommended me to this place so I came in and it was pretty straightforward. I dropped it off and he told me it’d be done in 10 min.
This little jewelry cart was being run by a middle aged man and (I’m assuming) his teenage son. The guy didn’t speak very good English and that was accentuated over the phone when I called beforehand and asked if they did buffing for scratches on stainless steel. He said yes but when I asked again in person he said that he didn’t do that. I then proceeded to clarify and showed him the minor scratches on my watch. He said he could do it but warned me of possible water damage because he’d have to put it in harsh water to clean it after the buff and polish. I said no so he offered to steam clean it for $ 30 extra, no thanks again. Kind of annoying because Sachs’s in Shrewsbury said that they do minor buffing complimentary, probably should have went there.

I bought a Burberry watch at macys and they could not remove the links, so they recommended this place and they would comp me the cost to size. So we had 2 links removed here.
The first time my fiancé wore the watch the rods fell out and the watch fell apart. Luckily we caught the rods (they are very tiny). Don’t go here.
