My husband and I had to relocate overseas and find a home for our beloved Labrador Rocky until he could clear the strict medical wait period for entry into that country and join us. In our frantic search for a good and loving home, we came across Buddy’s Sleepovers and this was such a fortunate find.
The owners, Marilyn and her family, accommodated Rocky for an extended stay and treated him like a fellow member of the family. He had a nice big yard to romp around in, comfortable bedding and toys to play with, and most important, so much love and attention as a member of the Beutel family.
I would highly recommend Buddy’s Sleepovers, they are a wonderful family, have genuine affection for the dogs they take in. You won’t be disappointed!

Buddy’s Sleepovers is a godsend. I adopted my dog, Chloe, about a year ago after she was rescued from a puppy mill, and she has separation anxiety and gets nervous when she is in a cage. Because of this, I knew leaving her in a typical kennel where she would have little to no contact with people during her stay was not an option. After stressing for weeks about what to do with her while I was on vacation, I remembered a brochure I had seen for Buddy’s Sleepovers. In a short time, we were matched with a great host who did an amazing job taking care of my dog while I was away. When I picked Chloe up, she wasn’t nervous or traumatized and I could tell she had a great time.
