4G’s Granite Tile & Masonry

I personally worked for Frank as a sales rep and not for a long period of time. Reason for leaving is that all of the job sites I went to to meet his installers revealed that his templates and measurements were always cut wrong and installed with some sort of problem that I witnessed in at least 4 or 5 jobs. He also took one of my leads that he did the job for and the customer called me back to let me know he was doing the job and the material and price that he quoted which was over $ 6,300 and have never been paid my commission for the job. I also spoke with a friend who worked for him when he had another business which I believe was a Deli and didn’t speak positive about him. I would not recommend Frank for any Granite work or even working for him.
I have recently returned to the wine and spirit industry selling for various wholesalers with my sales experience dating back to 1970 to 1980 as a retailer and then entered outside sales thereafter.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The boss, Frank, is a bully, a liar and a con artist. They do horrible work and then refuse to fix their mistakes. They took longer than they said they would, tried to make me buy a new sink to fix their mistakes, came to the job without the necessary equipment and borrowed some from my personal contractor, refused to give me a partial refund for the counter that they messed up, stood me up on an appointment and would not return my calls, wouldn’t tell me the dimensions of my remaining slab, refused to conform to my designs, broke the backsplash they messed up while removing it to install a new one (which wasted even more of the stone I paid for) showed up for appointments consistently an hour to two hours late, and finally when I told him that if he didn’t settle the matter with me that I would have to get the BBB or my lawyer involved he said, «Well if you’re going to threaten me then we’re done here. You have five days to pick up the remaining slab.» then he hung up on me. I still have not found someone who can go pick up my nearly whole slab of stone for me, nor do I have any idea what he’s done with it or where I would put an 8’x10’ slab of granite were I to find someone who could pick up and deliver it.
