Poster Print Factory

A ton of fraudulent charges on my credit card from this company, never even heard of this place.

I would advise DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Poster Print Factory. Despite their «100% Satisfaction Guarantee» that «[i]f for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 Days from the date of receipt to contact us and we will fix, replace or exchange any item (s) that you see fit or refund the order (less shipping), no questions asked,» PPF refused to do any of these things when I had problems with two orders, saying that they did not feel that my reasons for complaint justified fixing, replacing, exchanging or refunding my orders. «No questions asked» indeed! In addition, they apparently do not read e-​mails to them or read the instructions in the additional information box they invite you to fill out with an order. Now I am left in the lurch two days before my daughter’s first birthday.

I just had an amazingly great experience with this company. I ordered two 24×36 posters and I needed them for a presentation. One was from a crappy cell phone photo, so I had my fingers crossed. :) Anyway, Fed Ex screwed up and sent the posters to the wrong state and when I called Poster Print Factory, they were amazing! They said they’d redo the the posters and get them out overnight. Well it turned out that FedEx saw their error and got the originals to me that same day and I called and canceled the redo. No problem.
And now to rave over the posters that came. OMG! They were so well done! Good thick paper, and even the crappy cell phone photo looks great! These people are magic! And the price was very low.
I would use these people again any time I needed work done!

Poster Print Factory did a stunningly good job printing and mounting on foam board a life-​sized copy (45″ x 38″) of Vermeer’s «View of Delft.» I am thrilled with the results, and would use them again for any printing job. This big item was well packaged, shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Good pricing, too. Thank you, Poster Print Factory!

WOW!!! They did such a nice job for me! I ordered a 20×20 canvass print and it is perfect! I put 11 pictures on the canvass. All are great quality and the customer service was great. I had called with a question and Jesse was more than helpful. Delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition. Definitely ordering from them again!!!

UPS damaged the tube (torn in two and scotch tape applied) and the poster was heavily damaged.
Poster Print Factory shipped another poster for free without any question, even if they were not responsible of the damage.

I preferred this company because they are local and I didn’t want to deal with long shipping times. I took my risk and placed the order. After placing the order I called, waited a well amount of time on hold and finally was able to talk to a guy named Jesse. He told me that I could pick up my order the next day, and I did as expected. Prints were sharp and clean, they have a huge warehouse and a work area with several large format printers and all other stuff I’m not familiar with. Anyway, a good experience of ordering and Jesse is a nice guy. 4 stars because of waiting on the line longer than expected.

Item never delivered. Called twice no response, emails rudely replied with sarcasm («your item was delivered?» when asked about order status). Odd that the one positive review came from the same location as the company… Save your time.

I have to mostly disagree with the negative reviews from previous customers. I ordered two very large poster prints mounted on foamcore– 24×36 and 32×48. Two separate orders on same day. Because they were mounted, they had to be shipped flat, not rolled up, and they came in huge boxes. They were very well packaged (I admit I was nervous they might be damaged), and the quality of the prints was very good (given the amount of enlargement). The only negative is that after placing my order, I didn’t hear from them for a week. Their website says they ship quick, even next day, so I called them to ask about my orders. It was very difficult to reach them– I called multiple times and got a recording asking me to leave a voicemail with my inquiry. I kept trying, and eventually (10 – 12 calls!) got through to a live person who answered my question, found my orders, and told me they were shipping that day. I told the person on the line that they could put both orders in one package to save on their shipping cost if they wanted, but he said they wanted to make sure they arrived in good condition and would package them separately. In conclusion, they may be a bit short on customer service, but the quality was good, the packaging was good, and I would use them again.

BEWARE BEWARE!!! They take your money and do NOT ship your items! I am now in the process of a credit card dispute trying to get my money back. In addition, this company operates under a few different names Poster Print Factory, Poster Print House and a few others. The credit card name is not even the company name but some other name and it’s a total SCAM!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

my packaging came damaged and therefore my photos were damaged. i had paid a lot of money for enlargements of my wedding pictures both on canvas and on poster paper. after e-​mailing them on a thursday and still not hearing a response by tuesday i called multiple times only to leave multiple voicemails which were never returned. finally, i got through somehow and spoke with jesse who informed me that he was the only employee who answered calls and e-​mails. he assured me he would reprint and resend. well, he only reprinted and resent some. when i informed him he did not resend all he said he thought i was taking it to michaels to have them fix my canvas… what!!! im filing a complaint with the bbb and my credit card company.

I wanted to like this company but unfortunately cannot. They’re cheaper than the usual suspects (Fedex Kinkos, Staples, etc.) but you know the old adage… (for those that don’t: You get what you pay for). Anyway, my print order arrived unacceptably late, and damaged to boot. When I asked for a refund, they’d do it only if I sent the original posters back to them, which would take too much of my already-​wasted time, so I’m having them reprint and resend. So we’re wasting paper instead. Dislike.
