Brackenbox

I called many places for a dumpster — Brackenbox was the cheapest and available to drop off the dumpster the next morning… I work for a plumbing company that had used them too and once again fabulous service and pricing! Thank you :)

We ordered a 20 yard dumpster to clean out our basement. The price was better than any of the other quotes I got. There was a slight mix-​up with the delivery date, but the folks at Brackenbox took care of it and brought it back on the date we had originally wanted. Overall we were very happy with the service we got.

When it came time to clean out our late father’s home, my sisters and I knew that almost everything had to go. Our grandparents had also lived in that home for decades and they saved pretty much every little thing you could think of! Who needs numerous empty appliance boxes from the 70s or broken furniture?! I had no idea how much a dumpster would cost or what company to go with. One company quoted me $ 1,500 for a dumpster and said we would need two, meaning the cost would double.
I looked into Bracken Box after a recommendation from an uncle. The construction company he works for uses them, and he assured me they were a good, reliable business. The cost was affordable and way cheaper than what the above mentioned place quoted me. You also get to have the dumpster for a few days for that price. Employees are super friendly and helpful, especially the second truck driver who was dispatched because we were running late! It was only five minutes past the end of the two-​hour window, but I was paying on the spot. I’ve used them twice already and will be using them again for round three of the clean out!

The time has come for us to clean out our parents garage after 30 years of collecting stuff and never holding a garage sale. I knew we wanted a dumpster and wasn’t sure where to begin so I just googled dumpsters around my parents town and Brackenbox came up. I called to get a quote and the person who answered was really helpful and polite. I was worried I needed to schedule the dumpster far in advance but they really only need a one day notice. When I was actually ready for it to be delivered I called the dispatch number and arranged for Saturday morning delivery. They told me it would be there between 7−9am and they actually showed up a little after 6am. This was fine with us because we were already awake and wanted to get started.
Our driveway has an incline and I was really worried it wouldn’t be able to sit on there for fear that it would roll off, but it was no problem. It only took us 1.5 hours to fill up the dumpster, so at 830am I called asking if they could bring us another one and take this away. This was not a problem and they of course charged me for a 2^nd dumpster and sent someone out immediately. We only had to wait 30 – 45 min for the new one to arrive and they took the full one away.
This is going to be our summer of cleaning and purging so I am going to call them in about a month for a 2^nd round. I highly recommend them for their friendliness and speed in delivering a dumpster.
