Lisa and Lene do great classes that are fun and engaging and they also make us work too. I like the music and the varied routines. I can tell that they put a lot of work in preparation making sure that the routines are safe. It’s a great workout and I always feel better when I leave… Thanks Ladies!

Lisa is great. I love her classes and she always keeps the routines fresh and new. Such a fun way to extercise. My only complaint is that the Bootjack hall is cold during the winter and too hot during the summer. There is a babysitter on location 2−3days a week, which is great.
