Pirate Pete’s Family Entertainment Center

Went here last week with the boys that I nanny. It was alright. We ordered some chicken wings and a small pizza and waited about 30 – 45 minutes for our food to come. I was going to wait till after dinner to let the kids play games, but with the wait being so long I let them go play some games. During the night one of the popular games ran out of tickets and one of my kids had been playing it quite a lot. When the lady came by to refill it after I told her it was empty, I asked if she could give him some tickets because he had put 5 tokens in total for this game. She didn’t give him any. Some of the games ate coins and they didn’t refund your coins. Also, they only have one ticket eater machine and with so many kids it made the line really long. When the kids were trying to cash in their tickets there was no organization and it was quite hectic. Overall the kids enjoyed the night, but as an adult it was a bit of a head ache.

1.) People will steal soda… hmmm they sell unlimited refills… really are they afraid of losing the 5 – 20 cents it maybe costs when they give it away after the first glass???
2.) If you get a glass with your beer and put the beer in it children will drink it.
Maybe that may accidentally happen when children grab the wrong glass and have one sip but really I think the adults are watching and do you really think a kid wants beer over soda??? Better yet restrict it to the dining area or not serve it at all if that is a concern.
So for this backwards logic Pirate Petes lost my $ 50 worth of food and games today and any future business or birthday parties I might have given that place.
Instead I purchased two games for my XBOX and took my grandson home to my home where I have water and glasses and I do not stick to the tables and games from the filth.
I also do not have to interact people at home are automatons or give my money to a business in exchange for customer abuse instead of customer service.
DO NOT SETTLE FOR BAD ATTITUDES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A BUSINESS THAT VALUES YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN.
