I am never going back ! Called about getting my brake lines replaced on my Saturn. I made an appointment on Friday for Monday at 430. Monday came and I brought my car in and it was as if I never had an appointment! They didn’t know who I was, what car I had or anything. The guy at the counter then informed me they weren’t even going to get to it that evening. No big deal, but his attitude was very abrasive. He then asked me how much was I quoted. I said the guy on the phone had told me 1 – 300 to which he replied oh noooo it’s gonna be at least double that ! The next day he calls me saying it’s gonna be $ 400 and that’s not even going to guarantee it fixes it. I told him not to even bother and I’d pick my car up later. When I arrived later that evening he asked me who’s going to do my brake lines … I said myself and he replied with the most sarcastic reply …” Oh yeah? How you gonna do that ?” Idk if its in their training to belittle customers but I’m never !! Ever !!! Going back. Screw this place

I decided to go here because I saw a sign that said oil change and tire rotation $ 19.99. Well, this is how they get you in the door… I dropped by car off for the oil change and tire rotation, the guy at the front desk was very nice. Later on that day I got a call from someone named, Gary. Gary then proceeded to tell me I have problems with the brakes and they all need replaced… He said it would be around $ 600.00 for front and back brakes and that they all needed replaced. I told him I didn’t have the money right now and he told me it needed to be done that it was a safety issue. I then told him I didn’t have the money and he proceeded bribe me to find a way to spend money on the brakes. He then said, I tell you what, I have a black Friday special and we can just do the back brakes because those are the ones needed most. The special was $ 300.00. I told him once again, I don’t have any money to spend and he then spend about 4 more minutes telling me that I was risking my families life and that if a cop pulled me over I would be inspected and not pass inspection… lol, this guy is something else. Finally, I got off the phone with him and told him «just change the oil». About 1 hour later he calls again, and this time Gary says I need windshield wipers. I told him no that I would replace later because I don’t have the money. He then tells me it’s a safety issue and that they need replaced. I tell him no, just do the damn oil change!
I have taken my car to get a couple estimates on brakes and it turns out his special is $ 80-​$ 100 more than anywhere else. Also find out the front brakes are fine and the back brakes are bad and need replaced. So, I would stay away from this place unless you want harassed about replacing stuff and overcharged for brakes.
