I reserved a room September 12 and canceled 6 days prior to check in due to other reservations. My card was charged for all three days and when I went to get the refund they were very condescending to me basically calling me a lier and trying to tell me that I made the reservation on line in which I did not and had to defend myself twice. I was told to prove it that I canceled prior to the 24 hours prior and was told they do not believe me. They also lied by saying they called me to remind me of the reservation in which they did not and the phone records proved it. The owner and two others were very rude to me and yet when my husband came back with me with phone records in hand the tone was different. I would say that the customer service is awful at the very least.

Decided to give the airport inn a try. While visiting on 9-24-2011. I do spend a fair amount of time in the area and as such found this to be a very nice place to stay. Large rooms very clean and the owners are the friendliest. I would highly recommend the airport inn to any one seeking an enjoyable stay. Long or short term you cant go wrong. Keep up the good work !!!
