Their service has gone down ever since the current owner took over. He doesn’t even run the stores anymore. The guy lives in Georgia and just collects money. a friend of mine bought flooring from their East Cape location. When they went to pick it up a week later he store had closed. And for good reason too. They never notified anyone that their flooring was being moved to Marion. We had to travel to Marion to get their flooring. Once we got there they had no clue what we had bought. The flooring had been sold to someone else. We had to pick something else out and then they tried to charge us more! I will never do business with this place again. The staff don’t know anything about what they are selling. Their installers don’t know how to measure for any sort of flooring and they don’t install it properly either. I’ll not visit here again.

Used their recommended installer for luxury plank vinyl and premium vinyl tile.
Worst experience yet the installer had his wife, son and a few other people over during the week it took to install the flooring. They were just sitting on the flooring hanging out???
They didnt measure correctly so I have nearly 500sf too much flooring. The tiles are all unevenly spaced and the grout was not sealed and is cracking and changing color (how old was this grout they charged me $ 50 a bucket for?) the tiles are popping up because no adhesive or not enough was used.
The vinyl plank is separating at the seams and popping up. How they screwed up t&g planks? They refused to use an under layment saying it was not recommended but several staples from the carpet that they didnt remove are pushing up through the vinyl. I called the company an underlayment IS ALWAYS recommended.
All of this flooring will have to be removed and reinstalled. Luckily because of the poor measuring I have lots extra and can do this. But it will be at my expense because the installer doesnt answer his phone and therefore doesnt warranty his work as you cannot reach him.
All this was done approx 3 months ago.
WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We will NEVER use this company for tile or installation again. We are out almost $ 3500 between the materials and labor. It will cost about the same to remove and reinstall.
