Established in 2005.

Lance Holt Construction Inc. Started as a proprietorship originally named Lance G Holt Construction in Dec. 2005 in Spreckels, Ca. Its customer loyalty is based on the quality design and attentive customer service. Lance Holt Construction Inc. is an S corp. Lance Holt Construction Inc. was founded in 2005 as a sole proprietorship registered in Monterey County Ca. as Lance G Holt Construction. It originally started specializing in residential repairs. Once organized, Lance began doing residential remodeling. This branched into doing commercial maintenance and repairs for our business owning residential clients.
