History

Established in 1992.

For 14 years TTM Productions, Div 2 had a cable TV show in which we interviewed financial gurus, bankers, real estate developers, politicians, writers & attorneys regarding businesses and individuals financial health. The highest viewer responses were from those who wanted to know more about their financial options. This began our journey into obtaining more information, obtaining the proper licensing and opening our one stop shop.

We chose Marina Del Rey as our office location due to the beautiful scenery, as well as no parking fees needed for our clients to spend time with us.

Meet the Business Owner

Patricia K.

Business Owner

Patricia earned her degrees in business science and law. She also worked for her licensing in insurance, securities and real estate licences and is also qualified as a notary public. She is bonded and insured for all fields.

Patricia is into the latest planning tools and information in all these areas and particularly likes the «Safe Money» vehicles for her clients. She keeps up-​to-​date on the market changes and innovations through Continuing Education on a regular basis.

Patricia is particulary delighted to find Title 38 Pensions for Veterans or their widows who never knew that the money was there for them, earned by their service to our country.

Patricia is an American citizen who is proud of of her 100% Irish background and upbringing, as well as her 3 happy successful children. She enjoys working within our community on feed the homeless projects, veterans annual memorial day service at Los Angeles National Cemetary support committee, Navy Belles and the Childrens Hospital.
