I live across the street and rarely go in here. It seems to mostly serve tourists at the nearby hotels, and the boater crowd(two groups that might not have cars). It’s extremely expensive, but I would bet their rent is pretty high as it’s right on Mother’s Beach. They do have a little deli with freshly made sandwiches and salads, and a good selection of beverages. They also have a curious oleo of one-offs of weird stuff, from random clothing to glassware and office supplies. I was very surprised to find copy paper when I was desperate. You’re much better off at nearby Wolf’d Liquor or Alan’s Market, both on Washington.

Overpriced, but convenient because of the location. Would be more convenient if their hours were later.

The only reason I gave more than one star is because Douglas is my boy and he cracks me up! The stuff is overpriced but consider the location! It’s the only place close to the actual marina without having to go all the way to Ralph’s. So I get why they do it. Why not I’m sure you would too if you owned it ;) lets be honest haha

Everything is way overpriced. It’s convenient, so I go occasionally… but most of their items are unmarked or misleading, in addition to being 2 — 3x more expensive than they should be. I’ve been to their store twice, and both times left feeling extremely ripped off.

It’s a great location, so you expect to be charged for that. But they really push the concept too far — when you get to the counter and learn that the mystery prices are worse even than you had feared: – you don’t feel glad to have saved time, or for walking instead of driving; – you don’t feel good about supporting a local business; – you just feel ripped off. If the prices were higher than normal by a reasonable amount, I’d probably drop in here fairly often. But as it is, I’ll suck it up and drive to Ralph’s or Trader Joe’s or whatever.

Shockingly expensive. I understand it’s a convenience store, but c’mon. If you just looked at the price tags, you’d think you were at Harrod’s.

Sent my husband out to buy butter. He came home with a box of expired Kirkland butter(4 sticks) for $ 9.

Good selection of beer & wine, but I’d estimate prices to be 150−175% of normal. Sad looking produce & very limited food selection. Although it’s right across the street from home, I’ll make a trip elsewhere if I have the time.

Most overpriced convenient store you’ll ever have the misfortune of being forced to go to because you’re drunk/tired/lazy/hungover/in a hurry. The staff is usually fairly nice but what gets me the most is they have NOPRICESONANYTHING. It’s like they’re saying«you don’t wanna know.» It’s freaking annoying and I always beat myself up for not planning ahead enough to have to go there. So why 3 stars? They’re open until 11p and they’re right across the freakin street. THANKYOUMARINAMARKET!

one word. OVERPRICED. i bought a bottle of jameson there the other night and when the guy told me my total was $ 36 and some change i almost keeled over. they get one star for being convenient, but i should just drive to the nearby ralphs or cvs or pavillions and save at least $ 10. its really only convenient to people with boats or who live in the marina. if you are heading in that direction, plan ahead and dont be a victim of «highway» robbery.
