Mike’s Carpet Cleaning Solutions provides professional cleaning for all types of carpet. We start by inspecting your carpet to ensure the cleaning methods & results. We pre spray spots and stains as necessary. We use state of the art brand new 2013 500 PSI portable models in all of our trucks to ensure that you get maximum steam & extraction services. We provide a blower/​dryer if necessary & we supply furniture blocks and paper to eliminate contact with newly cleaned carpet.

Our high standard cleaning soaps and cleaning solutions are consistent with industry standards and manufactures recommendations. All of our cleaning products are Eco-​Friendly & allergy free. We give free written estimates. Our cleaning technicians are friendly and professional and the cleaning process is fast and efficient. We arrive on time and do a great job for reasonable prices.

I’ve tried Mike’s cleaning for sofa and upholstery bed frame today for the first time. When I asked on the phone if we could get just bed frame done, Mike told me bed frame cleaning costs less than $ 99 which is his minimum charge, so I needed to order something else (I chose sofa) together. They call me 15 minutes before they arrive and arrived right on time of my appointment which I really appreciate! They set up their machine, gave me a detailed explanation about the process, gave me a notice when they turn on the noisy machine, and it took only 1.5 hours to get everything done and wrap up. Now my sofa and bedframe are obviously so clean with no scent, just naturally smells fresh, and no stains anymore! I would recommend Mike and Nora (his wife??) to anyone!!!

Mike recently cleaned my carpets, and I couldn’t believe what a difference it made! Old pet stains, wine stains, and dirt were all removed. Not only did he do a good job, but he was also on time and friendly throughout the process.

Very glad I found Mikes 310+carpet cleaning on Unilocal today. He and Tony, his assistant, came over and did the best job on my Berber carpet. These 2 guys where perfection on a carpet that cried for them. I was going to replace my carpet but Mike and Tony did CPR on it. It looks new.

Mike was great! Fast and efficient. I had some pet stains that I thought would never come out from a year ago and he was able to remove most of them– not the bleached stains but he did the best he could w those too! Really easy transaction and super nice guy. Tip: Prefers to be paid with cash or check.

I’m sure Mike does great work, but I called in to ask for a quote and very nicely and simply made him an offer at a discounted rate which he quickly accepted. After talking for a couple minutes he started talking the price back up by $ 10, I accepted and then jokingly said «ok just make sure to get the rug clean for me». He immediately took it the wrong way and flipped from 0 – 100 telling me he didn’t like me and he’s not into it «go find someone else». Now, I talk to people for a living and I get that someone can hear something the wrong way, but there’s no need to flip a switch like that and get emotional and start chewing someone out. If you don’t like people asking for discounts, don’t do business with the general public. I try at all times to be respectful and friendly and in no way was insulting or condescending this guy. Don’t turn a misunderstanding into treating a customer like a jerk.

My entire experience with Mike was 5⁄5 stars. I called and made an appointment within 2 minutes. A week later, Mike called 30 minutes before to confirm and then arrived at my house on a Saturday on time and he and his partner went straight to work. We have a new baby coming and we wanted the carpets cleaned with a non-​allergenic and green cleaner, and Mike had this. He did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I could not be happier with the job he did. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a professional, green carpet cleaner.

I had a carpet cleaning job that I needed done ASAP and was able to get Mike on the line immediately. I needed a non-​toxic cleaning (pets) done. Very professional, Mike and Tony came on time, gave me a precise appointment not a window, Tony did an amazing job. My 10 year old butter yellow couch is like new. It was badly stained due to an elderly dog and a puppy that would pee when excited. I had to put an ugly sofa cover for awhile, but now I feel I have a new living room. I can’t recommend them enough.

Mike & Tony arrived right on time as promised at our 1000+ square foot apartment. Within an hour, they were done and out of here.
I really felt that Mike was very passionate about his job. He took the time to explain the products that he would be using, letting us know that it was green and of high quality. He even asked if we wanted the deodorizer (it smelled pretty good!)
Very professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

Mike showed up same day for a job that can only be described as blech… My dog diarrhea-​ed and vomited all over the only carpeted room in our house. He came and went in 20 minutes. Before and after pics are posted. He showed up with 3 types of sanitizers and cleaners.
One note if any of you are in the same predicament: apparently no carpet cleaner actually picks up the doo doo. You still have to get rid of most of the mess, but Mike will swoop in and clean it up in a flash, and leave your room TOXIN-​FREE and smelling great.
