The food component teaches you 10 minute vegetarian (raw and vegan) recipes and reveals the right foods, portions, and times to eat! And, the fun competent shares with you healthy ways to have fun and share with loved ones while maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

Koya Webb «The Detox D.I.V.A. (Divinely Inspired Visionary and Athlete)» is a Certified Holistic Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist. She specializes in helping people daily remove (detox) old self-​destructive habits and replace them with new self-​fulfilling habits.

Koya’s mission is to inspire American’s to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. She is the founder of Revelational Productions, a company focused on bringing awareness of holistic health and wellness through education and entertainment.

Koya is known as a woman who «walks her talk». Being an elite athlete in basketball and track and field since high school gave her an early understanding of fitness. Majoring in Exercise science and extensive studies in holistic health and wellness helps her rank above the best in «getting results» Her clients include celebrities, professional athletes, corporations, kids and the general public.

Koya continues to train for triathlons and adventure sports as her philosophy is «always be willing to try something new» She is also a top fitness model appearing on many covers including Muscle and Performance, Power Music and Max Sports and Fitness to name a few. She is also an author and raw vegan chef with a book entitled Koya’s Kuisine: Foods You Love That Love You Back. She teaches the importance of a plant-​based diet and how to make simple tasty recipes that promote healthy food choices. This lady wears many hats well and inspires audiences to «Live Life to the Fullest»
