History

Established in 2002.

Gardening and home remodeling has been a passion of mine for many years. Our company began after a neighbor noticed my triplex remodel in Silverlake and asked me for advice on her garden. Well… her garden attracted another garden and so on until I met Jen & Edwin Garcia, who asked me to design their garden as well as being Woodbury University alumni, where I decided to pursue an Interior Architecture degree to further my confidence and coherence in interior systems and environments. During my studies I continued to remodel personal real estate developments and aid my clients needs to their remodels as well. We recently won honorable mention for the 2009 Calibre Award from the IIDA for social responsibility in design.

Business Owner

Joseph Ferrugio is recognized by numerous organizations, professionals, and peers for creating innovative conceptual spaces that revolve around functionality. In 2009 He was the Recipient of the IIDA Calibre Award for Social Relevance in Design.

Educated at Woodbury University, where Joseph learned to be proficient at producing highly-​impactful conceptual design presentations. His strengths are sketching, 3D modeling, diagramming, planning and most importantly project management. His past hospitality experience includes conceptualization and documentation for hospitality projects spanning the globe.
