Called ahead to see if there was a big crowd but the gentleman said that he had only one customer at the time. The smog check was very quick — enough time to go next door to the BBQ place for sweet potato pie. Also, quick tip: if your car is Canadian and you have it shipped down, check under the hood to see if it says «USA EPA compliant» because then you don’t have to take it to the state referee like we were told to, two years ago!
Thanks to previous Unilocalers who had listed the price. Indeed it was $ 55 and I used the $ 10 off coupon from their website.

I couldn’t have been there more than ten minutes for my smog check. Obviously, I had no problems with my 2009 vehicle, so your experience could be different depending upon the vehicle.
The gentleman helping me was efficient and professional every step of the way. Print the coupon from the website, and you’re out the door for $ 55. I would, definitely, recommend.
They’re located right next to Morfia’s Ribs & Pies on the west side of Lincoln (just south of Washington Boulevard).

Smog checks can be a drag but it wasn’t because Vincent was quick. I arrived just before 4 pm on a Friday and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. By the time my car was done there was a line. I highly recommend this place.

I arrived here this afternoon and thought they had gone out of business. Everything was shut down. As I was in my car looking on my phone for another smog check place, someone opened the metal garage doors. I asked if they were open for smog checks, and the nice man told me he had just returned from lunch, and to pull right in. After less than 5 minutes, my smog check was completed and I was on my way. He automated the smog report to send directly to DMV. I brought a printed copy of the $ 10 coupon, bringing my total to $ 55.
I would recommend calling to ensure someone is there. Highly recommend for quick and efficient service.

This was an easy in and out. Popped in on a Friday afternoon to get a smog check and waited for about 10 minutes while the guy finished up another car. Great service, and decent pricing. They have a coupon on their website that I didn’t print out, so they didn’t let me use it, but the guy gave me another coupon that was almost as good. All in all, as easy as it gets for a smog check, with a genuinely nice guy doing the servicing. I’ll definitely be back.

How do you love a smog check place? I saw the reviews, chose this place and drove over. I waited while the courteous man helped the young man ahead of me. Then he tested my car, and while he did, he talked about his life philosophy: helping people.
The man’s name is Vincent, and he’s not just good at what he does, he seems to be an exceptional human being. He was kind, polite, helpful and thorough. It didn’t even matter whether my car passed or not (it did) — it was the highlight of my day to get my smog check! Astonishing, right? Don’t go anywhere else.

Prompt attention and friendly service. It only took about 15 minutes for the whole process, and while I waited I had a comfortable seat in the shade next to the work station where I could watch the proceedings. At one point in the testing, I thought my wife’s car was going to jump off the treads, but it only served to heighten the tension of the story (will her car pass?).
Make sure you are heading south on Lincoln as the left turn can be hazardous to your car’s health (as well as your own). Also, I got a couple of useful tips from the technician about when NOT to bring your (late model) car in for a smog test:
1) Immediately after you replace the car battery.
2) Immediately after having not driven the car for approximately a month.
In both cases, the lack of computer data will cause your car to fail.
