We had a good experience with Brentwood Chem-​Dry. The renters of our condo left our carpets a complete mess. It looked terrible! Miguel M. from BCD came on time, assessed the place, explained what he was going to do, cleaned the carpets and was out the door within 45 – 50 minutes (two rooms and two walk-​in closets cleaned). I didn’t think it was possible, but the carpets looked great again! Felt a little damp, but I left and came back a couple hours later and it felt dry. It’s been a few weeks since Miguel cleaned the carpets and it still looks great. No weird feeling residue. Just a great job! (BTW, our realtor used BCD for our condo 3 years ago and the price was the same, so they’re not jacking up their prices apparently.)
