It’s Zaxbys! I like this one because it has booths! Can’t get enough of their Blackened Bleu zalad!

The restaurant was extremely cold and made it uncomfortable to want to sit down and eat. The boneless wings were terribly hard. Had to send them back.

Ordered the grilled chicken meal with a root beer no ice through the drive thru today. The person operating the drive thru was not friendly and seemed to have the attitude that I was not important. She gave me a ¾ full drink and when I removed the lid and asked he to fill it to be top she snatched it from my hand and topped it off. When she handed it back to me I said thanks and she said in a smart alec way «yup». When I got back to work I tasted the root beer and it tasted like root beer mixed with diet something, pretty sure she topped it off with diet drink. I proceeded to eat the chicken sandwich and was less then impressed. The chicken was rubbery like it had been microwaved, the lettuce was melted like it had been microwaved and the bun was tough like it was microwaved. I guess they microwave their sandwiches before sending them to the customer. Needless to say, the rudeness of the employees (especially working the drive thru) has happened several times in the past so I think I will not be going to this location anymore.

Ridiculously long wait! Over 20 mins. One of the employees carried on a conversation with the car in front of me for a minimum of 10 minutes. Received no apology or explanation. Zero sense of urgency.
I thought the wait was because it was late and were cooking on demand… wrong! I received cold/​dry fries.
Won’t be back here again.
I would have cut them some slack if we had at least received an apology or at least given the impression that I was valued as a customer. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t even have written this review, I just would have decided not to return there. But this was unacceptable.
I would have left while waiting in the drive thru if the drive around loop wasn’t so small.
Do yourself a favor –don’t come here, at least not at night.

The staff here are unmanaged and it shows in the service and quality of of the food.
I was here for lunch and there were not a lot of people in the restaurant (maybe 10). I managed to wait 10 minutes before having to ask about my order, the staff realizing it got lost, and even receiving it wrong. It was painful to watch.
Not only was I having issues but 3 out of the 5 customers before me had to come back up to the counter for something the staff forgot or got wrong. I’m not a rocket scientist, but it tells me that the girl taking orders is not trained enough.
Also I was watching the drive through performance while waiting, and literally none of the orders went out within their target time window. (All of the orders were in red text and blinking red)
The employees did not greet anyone walking in, hats were being worn to the side, and overall there was not any air of professionalism here.
I blame a poor management team for letting this be an experience allowed to paying customers.

Dirty restaurant had to look for a booth that didn’t have crap on it usually go to zaxbys all over Marietta and kennasaw and this has to be the dirtiest one of them all also the cashier sat there and didn’t acknowledge me for a good bit because she was talking to her friend not impressed by the best chicken company in the south

After having an extremely healthy hike up one of the trails at Kennesaw Mountain, we decided some yummy, greasy, fattening food would do us some good. LOL.
Ordered the Buffalo Wing meal, the nibblerz meal, the club sandwich and something else that I forgot.
My wings were perfect, a boy! are the Insane wings are REALLY hot. Delicious, but hot, and it hits you right away!
However, –1 star for the club sandwich not having BACON in it. It’s a CLUB sandwich. My friend didn’t realize until after she ate ½ of the sandwich so we figured there was no point in complaining about it.
Boyfriend loved the nibblerz meal as well :]

Best. Fried. Chicken. Period.
Look, if you want that on the bone chicken breat, thigh, leg, whatever, this place probably not for you as the only thing on the bone are their wings. However, if you want the most amazing tasting fast food chicken and fries around, welcome home!
Zaxby’s is probably one of the best fast food restaurants there is. You can get anything from chicken fingers, to chicken sandwiches, to chicken salad, salads (called zalads, go figure), to wings. Their sweet tea is DYNOMITE!
I would always recommend the chicken finger plate. You must try their Zax sauce at least once. They serve their main dishes with texas toast that is unreal in flavor.
Check it out when down south. It is a chain, but they don’t go any more north than Roanoke, VA!
