Had a great experience with Xpress. I called up one day during the holiday season and got a quote from them. I believe the man I spoke with was Jay or had a name similar to that. He said he could have gotten me in the next day but due to scheduling conflicts for me I went to see him a few days later. He told me they also do mobile glass repair, which would have been nice but it was actually easier for us to drop our vehicle off. We dropped my vehicle off before work and it was done by lunch. Looked better than new and I paid the exact price he quoted me. Super easy and fantastic customer service. Would 100% recommend these guys!

I am very pleased with the service received here! There was an issue where the model of the car was miscommunicated, and the staff bent over backwards to get us taken care of and even tried to get us to class on time. One of the owners treated us to coffee, and she was very accommodating. One of the employees drove to two suppliers (one apparently was mistaken about having it) in rush hour traffic to get the window that we needed. I would highly recommend this place to others.
