I was given a Groupon by my friend for a hand and foot treatment. I called to make an appointment for the same day and was told about their hours. Which by the way are extremely limited and inconvenient. I was told by the lady on the phone they only do hand and foot treatments on Saturdays. I said I work on Saturdays, that doesn’t work for me. The lady on the phone then provided me with a list of excuses. They are a start up business. It’s just her and her sister. She must have said it three times to me. At which point I wouldn’t have cared if it was her and President Obama, I wanted an apology or her to make available an appointment that worked with my schedule. The lady on the phone was not helpful, not professional and it seemed like a shady operation… Shady, Unprofessional and Not Helpful.
