$ 50 for disconnect fee plus $ 75 for after hours reconnect after you guys lost my check? That’s criminal. B of A mailed it so it was to be received a week before my water was disconnected but CC Water lost it and now I’m on the hook for an additional $ 125.
Being the local monopoly, I can see how you can get away with it, but it doesn’t make it right. I’m sure there are people worse off than me where the additional fees would break them.
This is BS especially when it was your fault for losing the check.

I love your logic in charging 60 $ in reconnect and late fees to the bills of people who are already struggling. I’ve been out of work for a month because my car died; and now I have to steal from my car fund to pay fees to you guys. Kick them when their down! I hope you enjoy the pain you cause people.
