Simply great haircuts! I had never been in until about 6 months ago, and now its the only place I go. They tout that they perform«guy smart haircuts» and they do! What got me hooked? A new part in my hairline. Leona was cutting my hair and asked how I parted it. I usually did it straight(from the brow, straight back over the ear). She modified it a bit and did my part at more of an angle, toward the top of my head. I absolutely love it — such a small change, but it did so much. Some things to note: 1. It is more expensive than their«super» competitor. 2. On your first visit you get a free MVP upgrade(really nice, post hair cut: shampoo, hot towel wrap on face, brief neck/shoulder massage via electric massager), but you still need to pay for the haircut itself. 3. No way to book an appointment. It would be nice if there were a way to get on the wait list ahead of time via an app or website.

The worst. Overpriced, slow, and bad haircuts. Waited for half an hour as a stylist spent 75% of the time making small talk with a client and only 25% of the time cutting hair despite a huge line. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to get your hair cut.

Poor customer service. I walked in signed the log and was asked by two different employees how to spell my name which I clarified. Then they seated two customers who came in after me. At that point I walked out. They need to get their stuff straight. There was no explanation why I was skipped. So i went to Super Cuts they did a great job and have mastered the use of waiting lists!

Not only do I love this place, my kid LOVES it! We prepay the season ticket and you get the MVP. Staff is over the top friendly! Just wish they had an app to checkin/schedule!

Arrived at 3pm and Ayesha checked me in and said it would take 15 – 20 mins. Waited 55 mins and then brought this fact to her attention. 4 – 5 guest who arrived after me were taken ahead of me. Response was«I am so sorry. I don’t know how this happened?» Inappropriate customer service response and bad management. Tone of response like it was the customer’s fault. Very little done to address the issue. This is the second time this has occurred at this location in the last 6 months! Owner/franchise should make their wait system more transparent. Even a meat/deli counter shop can do a better job! Last time I will ever use this location. Not sure whether to ever use a Sportsclips again and certainly not until the wait system issue is addressed.

My lone experience here was nothing to write home about. The stylist may have been trying to set the record for the fastest haircut ever. Can’t recall her name but she was possibly eastern European. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations.

The staff here is really friendly, and Mary is probably one of the best! She is always professional, yet still casually friendly enough that you can carry on conversation with her and she doesn’t miss a beat while cutting your hair. And attention to detail is always there.
