I’ve been in the Auto Body Repair business for over 30 years. I started when I was 16 and have worked my way up to owning my own business. My wife works with me and we have managed to stay together for over 25 years. I have two kids that have graduated college, so I feel the pain of having young drivers in the house. I really enjoy helping people and I really enjoy cars. I don’t believe in taking advantage of people so I can make a ton of money from them. I believe in doing what is right and giving people an honest repair for a fair price. When you bring your car here for repairs, I want you to leave happy. If you are not happy, I don’t sleep. I really try to work with people and their budgets. I don’t work for the insurance companies. I work for you. That is the big difference between bringing your car here or bringing it to a direct repair shop or their preferred shops. I fix your car for you. I offer a written warranty with every job that leaves here and I back it up.

RJ’s is a quality establishment with excellent customer service. Geico vastly underquoted me for repairs and the folks here took on the responsibility of wrestling with the insurance company in order to restore my car to its former glory. These guys have your best interests at heart.

Wow– what incredible service!!! Jeff and his staff are outstanding. I took my car to a couple of places for bids prior to having Allstate look at it. Allstate gave me a very small check, even though the other bids to repair my car were much higher, just like Jeff said they would. I took the check and Jeff worked with Allstate and my car was repaired to my complete satisfaction in a very timely basis and with minimal trauma to my wallet– thanks to Jeff and his expert advice!!! AJ’s are always busy and I can see why, they never complain and are a joy to do business with.
I found RJ’s by reading these reviews and I have to admit, in this case they are right on! And no, I am not related to any of the people who work there!

I am getting ready to sell my son’s truck which had a considerable amount of damage from wear & tear, small and not-so-small incidents, and dents/scrapes from just plain foolish driving of a teenage boy. I searched through Unilocal,Angies list, and Kudzu to find a reputable collision shop because I was going to be paying for this myself.
After narrowing down the field to what looked like the best shops, I selected RJ’s because there were many, many people who had rated them, almost all of the ratings were «5’s» (the highest rating), and anything lower than 5 appeared to be based on customer behavior/expectations rather than actual work done by RJ’s. I fact, the one that stuck out in my mind was one where RJ’s accepted full responsibility and asked the customer to contact them and let them know what could be done to make right.
Fast forward to my experience with RJ’s… I couldn’t have had a better experience. Let me just say that if you are in the process of trying to decide where to take your vehicle, you can stop your search right now and just drop it off at their shop.
I realize this might sound like a «paid advertisement», but Jeff and his shop not only went above and beyond to bring my truck up to «selling» shape, but did it with professionalism and UNDER the estimate — which was already reasonable!
Bottom line — I will always take my cars/trucks to RJ’s when damaged whether I am paying for it or it is under an insurance claim. In fact, I have already had him look at another one of my cars which I will take by to have them fix once I sell the truck.
Finally, I will give Jeff and RJ’s my permission to give anyone my contact information if they want to discuss my experience or follow-up with me to confirm I am a real customer .

I’m a repeat customer and a customer for life: YOU’LL FIND NO BETTER BODY SHOP THAN RJ’s. In April 2013 I was rear-ended in my truck and didn’t know what to do. I checked out several body shops, including a dealer, but found customer service and helpfulness lacking. I found RJ’s and gave them a call. Owner Jeff Glatzer answered the phone and guided me through the process to generate the repairs. I took my vehicle to RJ’s and Jeff himself looked at it and made me feel very comfortable and confident with RJ’s. Jeff arranged payment directly from the at-fault insurance company and maximized my repairs, insuring that only factory parts were used. He arranged a rental car and upon completion, my vehicle was washed and fully detailed. Not only were the repairs completed quickly, the work was fantastic and flawless and my vehicle shone like the day I bought it new. In February 2014, I went back to RJ’s with my wife’s car — back passenger door damage from a misplaced yellow bollard. Once again, outstanding customer service, high quality, and at a fair price; owner Jeff Glazter goes above and beyond. Jeff is very thorough and a perfectionist — he strives and achieves 100% customer satisfaction; his work is second to none, showroom perfection. Jeff’s entire staff is polite, friendly, and professional; he is operating not only a fantastic body shop, but a five star business. Though I hope no more accidents for me, if the unfortunate does happen, I’ll be going back to RJ’s without a doubt.
