Advanced Technology Services was founded in 1984 as a systems integrator, software developer and a re-​seller of Open Systems accounting software. In 1989, we realized the «paper pile» was overwhelming organizations and that there was a great need to convert this paper into a more accessible electronic medium and thus, ATS developed the OptiDoc2TM Document Management System.
