One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

Dont use them. THEY SUCK I have a mth left on my warranty and they wont replace the part because I stopped my service agreement with them and used someone else. I was told that I needed 3 parts replaced on my furnace. Come to find out only the blower motor was broke and some wires had been removed on my circuit board make my ignitor to come on.

Awful rip offs! An agent came to give me a quote on a/​c. Gave me a verbal quote between $ 2k to repair and 6k to replace entire unit. Would write it up. I had someone from another a/​c company come in the next day and fixed it for $ 120! I will write a great review in them.
No way for 1hour heating and plumbing! Have told other people about their scamming ways. Will not call them again… ever!!!

I have agree with the above. As nice and sincere as this team appears, I was disappointed when they quoted my 80 yr old mom $ 10,000 for a sub builder grade new AC unit– and got her to agree to order all the after market warranties, IAQ tests costi g thousands more than their competition.
Comfort specialist was called in to seal the deal which I canceled the day after I found out she signed a contract. We got other bids to compare and saved over $ 5000 by upgrading to a superior unit with higherSEER rating and complete 10 year warranty from TRANE. She now has a complete new system installed and the system works perfect so we strongly recommend reliable if you need heating and air conditioning equipment. Very disappointed!!! Always get three bids or at least two to compare before choosing a company. Based on this experience I recommend your first step is to go somewhere else.

This is the worst company in the world. They advertise for one hour service but can not get to you for days. they refuse to even take customers calls they have a answering service take calls then they put you on hold and then tell you it will be at least three days reguardless. They also say they are short staffed go figure.
