*****Pregnant Women stay away! Carlene answered the call & before I could finish my sentence, she rudely interrupted saying – «Let me stop you right there» and after about 3 mins of allowing her to disrespect me, I asked for the office manager. PAUL, the office manager took my call. Obviously, Carlene had alerted him to my concern. He immediately let me know that Carlene was right. He begin to tell me that he agreed with how Carlene handled the call. I asked if he could have a doctor call me back regarding my pregnant sister’s diagnose at the ER but before I could even finish my statement, he interrupted saying«NO, I WILLNOTLETYOUSPEAKTO A DOCTER» … The conversation was over for me at this point. I advised my sister to change OB’s. Women, you don’t have to put up with a doctor office’s who shows a clear lack of concern when you need them the most. There are many doctor’s to choose from here in beautiful Atlanta.

There are pros and cons to every business. However, I feel that sometimes the cons of this office over shadow the pros. I’ll make this as easy to read as possible… Pros: Lots of doctors to choose from to see Easy to get an appointment, unless you’re calling. Clean and comfortable facility Lots of waiting space in the main waiting area Cons: Always behind. ALWAYS! Doesn’t matter who you see. Nurses — there are VERY few who are nice. Out of the 20+ that work there I can say maybe 5 are genuinely always nice. Wait time on the phone to make an appointment is always really long. Blood pressure check rooms are WAY to small which elevates my BP They force you to rotate doctors if you’re pregnant, which I don’t like. You have to pay for parking, which can get expensive if your a pregnant patient. Nurses line takes forever to call back. Although the cons outweigh the pros I still feel this office’s doctors have their customers best interest in mind. I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Killian. Dr. Huffman, Dr. Kelley and Dr. Chappell are all fantastic as well. I didn’t see the other doctors enough to feel I could recommend them.
