Established in 2006.

Business owners Nancy and Henry have been in the nail business for more than 20 years, so they know their stuff when it comes to services and products. The products that are used at the nail salon are of the utmost importance to us, so they are quality stuff, which range from brands such as: OPI, Cuccio, Nordic Care, and many more!

The shop had very humble beginnings. The shop started with 7 technicians and only around 6 pedicure spa chairs. Now that we have moved locations, we can accommodate a larger amount of people. Our shop has 20 pedicure spa chairs, 12 manicure tables, and 20 technicians.

I’ve been looking for a nice salon and don’t mind paying the price, but this place is nothing different than a nail factory (In & Out). The techs didn’t understand what I was saying and set me in a pedicure jet chair that wasn’t sanitized nor cleaned. I should’ve just got up and leave. Also, The lady owner claim they don’t reuse files/buffers/ect. So I stayed and continued my services but after seeing girl took a used file/buffer/started working on me. After all, my services experience was rushed and terribly bad job! That was my first and will definitely be my last time there!

Not impressed. I went to Nail Eagle for the first time today and I probably won’t be back. I went in to get SNS nails. I usually get acrylics at a different salon but I decided to try SNS at Nail Eagle since they were nearby and my nails weren’t looking too pretty. The lady doing my nails put the nail tips on crooked, cut them different lengths, and then buffed the nails unevenly after doing the powder. I didn’t notice any of this until I got home so I had to drive back to the salon to have them fix it. A different person helped me and was able to fix my nails for the most part; he didn’t get all the dust off my nails from when he was filing before he put the top coat on so now there are little tidbits of nail shavings on my nails. After this, I think I’ll stick to my normal salon and acrylics for now on.

This nail salon is super clean which is the first important thing. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere or was when I was there, no tvs on any talk shows which I prefer. The staff was pretty friendly, although my nail tech didn’t really talk much and was actually the only one I didn’t get a nice vibe from. However, she did do a cute little snow flake for me and did smile when I tipped her. This salon probably has the most gel colors I’ve seen to pick from and are all organized by specific shades which is awesome. I’ll definitely be back for a gel manicure and try a pedi next time too. :)

I love this place it very clean and the service is great. Being State inspector before I fine that Nancy and her staff are very through and clean. I have been a client of Nail Eagle for over 10 years. Nancy makes sure that all materials use are clean and never used more than once on a customer. I would highly recommend Nail Eagle to all my friends

No stars! This place went from really nice to really messy in no time! Even though we had an appointment we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated and were placed in a corner with broken chairs and a view of their storage space– ‘nice’! We were regulars but i guess it’s time to find a new place! Stay away and spend your money were they care about customer service!

Went in on a Friday around 5, expecting a wait but not to be turned away completely. The man at the desk said they had no openings and could not do my nails today. In my experience most salons have room for walk ins even if they have to wait. They will never get my business again. I went down the road to Parisian nails and had great service and didn’t have to wait. Because they had people ready for walk ins despite being busy.

I really wanted to like this nail salon as it is in my neighborhood. The man at the front counter is very nice. My appointment for a mani/pedi was with Lisa. She is quiet, which is fine by me. I really like the pedicure portion more than the manicure. I had a bubble on one of my nails that I pointed out to her. She fixed it, but I can see where the indenture is as she didn’t redo the nail.
The prices are fair here. Not sure if I would come back.

I travel 30+ minutes to get to my trusted team over at Nail Eagle because you can’t just trust the nail salon next door.
I have tried every one in my area, and some are alright, but none compare to the staff, products and results I get on my nails here. Philip is my favorite — he does exquisite manicures that are detailed and creative, as as well as pedicures with outstanding massages.
I am high maintenance in that I like a manicure WITH my full set, (with some sort of wacky design AND pedi) and they are always happy to accommodate as long as you let them know; I always make an appointment — their business seems to run more off schedule than walk-ins, so that makes it easier for everyone (I have never had a problem with communication here either)
Nancy and Henry are wonderful, and so are the rest of the crew. the environment is spa-like and is very clean and new looking. the pricing is surprisingly affordable.

After a hike and a run today I was so ready for a hot foot soak with my pedicure but it didn’t happen. I really wanted to like this place but I won’t be coming back. After asking the girl four times to make the water hotter it never happened. While paying I acknowledged the language difference when pointing out the problem and then the manager spoke up (in good English) and told me their hot water heater was overtaxed which is why it didn’t get hot. And he was working on someone and talking to my girl the whole time! Why didn’t he pipe up (plus, really? Do you want the hot water heater going out on you? And this isn’t the only time it’s happened — I noticed someone else said the same thing.) I left the full tip because she tried, but this place is overpriced and they don’t really seem to care. But that’s ok because, East Cobb. I’m going back to Sonny Nails at Delk and Terrell Mill Roads.

I called at the last minute for a Mani-Pedi on Christmas Eve. Jen is the best. I came out with beautiful nails after a relaxing massage. The place is also sparking clean with new tools for every customer, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

After moving to Roswell, I’ve had to search for a new place to get my spring/summer pedicures. I decided to give Nail Eagle a shot (have yet to figure out the significance of the Eagle) on a slow Wednesday afternoon. While the staff was friendly enough, I was told several times that I needed to make an appointment in the future. I would agree if I were the type to walk in on a Saturday afternoon, but this place wasn’t that busy.
My nail tech was polite and did an ok job. My previous nail place did a much better job at removing dead skin around my nail bed. I noticed missed spots the next day.
Overall, the experience was fine, the prices are on par with what I’m used to… but it’s not the place for me. The search continues!

This upscale salon seems to have it all!
Don’t worry about the staff speaking in a different language while filing away at your toes and you’re pushed to the sidelines. Instead, they pleasantly accommodate you in English, give you bevvy of your choice, and most importantly, do a wonderful, sound job in making your little digits shine!
They also offer relaxing massages as well as waxing treatments.

This is the cleanest and most elegant nail salon I’ve ever been to! From the décor, staff & services, I can see that this is a salon has a lot more to offer than the typical salon.
The staff is super friendly and professional, unlike most nail salons I’ve been to where they are talking about you and you don’t understand what they saying unless you know Vietnamese!
You get a beverage while getting your services done (champagne, soft drinks, water etc) sometimes they’ll have snacks as well!
I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment. It makes your easier lol :)

So sad!
I have been a costumer for years. But since they became popular their business has gone down hill. Yes, the décor, chairs and drinks are nice, but the service is no longer good. They have stopped using the disposable stones (which were awesome) and the techs are not that good anymore. Lots of the good ones have left, now they are either too gentle or too rough and I have ended up with a bloody toe the last 3 times I’ve been there. Last but not least, their prices went up on 1-1-2013 and I found out when I had to pay the bill,(basic mani/pedi $ 39), no warning + tip. I am not coming back! this use to be a hidden jewel in east cobb, but it’s no longer the case.

I just moved to Marietta from the West Coast and was looking for a place to get a pedicure and picked this place based on the Unilocal reviews. I liked the salon and my pedicure lasted over a month without any chips.
I also got a lip wax, and yeah, it was a little «sweat» shop-ish, I was taken into a backroom, one RIP and another RIP and it was done… took maybe 30 seconds total and she didnt even have me look in a mirror when it was done… but it is one of those bigger salons that obviously does a lot of business. It was packed on a Sunday late afternoon.
For the prices, you can’t expect high end service, so for what I paid, and how long my pedicure ended up lasting, I can’t complain.
I will come back for a pedicure, but will probably try and find a nicer, upscale place for my waxing.
