History
Established in 1998.
In the summer of 1997, a small group of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church members were commissioned to analyze the interest and demand throughout our community for Christ-centered education for our children. On August 21, 1998, the Academy opened with two kindergarten classes. The Academy now serves approximately 560 students in grades K-9 and will add an additional upper school grade each year to complete the K-12 program.
The Academy enjoys full dual accreditation through the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
