Danielle Eliot formerly worked for some large bankruptcy firms in the Atlanta Area and decided to open her own practice in 2010 in order to give more personal attention to her clients.

Business Owner

Danielle Eliot received her law degree in 2005 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State University in 2001. Ms. Eliot has been practicing consumer bankruptcy law with some of the largest bankruptcy firms in Georgia since September of 2005. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia as well as the Northern District of Georgia Federal Courts. She is also a member of the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Group. Ms. Eliot is dedicated to giving her clients the personalized attention they deserve during this difficult time.
