L & M Leonard Heating and Air

Well, its that time of year ya’ll…Yep my home a/​c went out last Wed nite while I was sleeping, then awaken by the feel of sweat. I called a friend of mine for a recommendation as she had mentioned this company before, so I gave em a try. I got a fast appt for Fri (I say fast because usually this time of year its soo busy you can’t get in and must suffer and wait). The business is family owned, with a mother, father and two sons. I must also add I had a second experience that I was not as pleased with, but I did not gripe because I needed immediate service. The issue was of course resolved and sometimes one must bite the bullet but I did not think the pricing to be fair according to the 15 min repair. $ 145 is pretty steep and the repair was hella simple, (I could have repaired it myself if I had known. this update was from June 9^th 2011). I still recommend them, they are in Marietta and not exactly sure what radius they cover but if you can get em, call em, they’ll be there and will call you first. I do hope if I need them again that the pricing will fit the bill so to speak. The mother of the business (Margaret) is very very friendly and helpful too.
*(sidenote…as of 6÷17÷2011 my small issue with L & M was kindly resolved to my satisfaction)
