I’ve got a love hate thing going on with this Kroger location. It’s super close to me but many of the employees are clueless. Many, not all. The meat department sucks. They are often out of Ad items. The store manager should be sent to work in Alaska or some remote Kroger outpost to work on his skills. I can walk through the store on any given day and find a handful of items priced wrong. The guys in the dairy department are pretty good at offering up a substitute when they run out of items, at the price of SKU that’s out of stock. The produce quality is just ok. I can be super critical on grocery stores after having worked in them in various capacities for over 20 years. This store could be a great location with better management.

By far one of the WORST Krogers in Georgia. The customer service is horrible even when you go to the customer service line. The produce is often old or bruised, and the selection of groceries is slim pickings at best comparatively. There are never enough cashiers when it’s busy, but when it’s empty folks are standing around but can’t help the one person working the customer service line that has 5 or 6 people waiting. Management really needs to do a redo of this store. Publix is across the street is light years ahead in quality and service.

This place is a dump. It’s dirty, old and expensive. The majority of the produce it rotten. Inspect everything that is in the produce department, before you purchase. If you like fresh fruit and veggies this is NOT your store. The seafood department is all frozen, and smells like bleach. The deli closes down the hot food section? Wtf I came in at 2pm to get some fried chicken from the hot bar and they where not«open» yet… I’m sorry I thought this was the south. The cold section next to it is a mash up of junk they couldn’t sell the day before. Stale fried chicken, calzones and ribs? No thanks . I gave the place a star because tho the food is rotten the employees are very nice.

I literally come here so much I know a few cashiers by name. There are tons of savings on everything I need for home. Like I rarely go to Walmart because of Krogers.

Wow, was on the other side of the county yesterday and stopped at this Kroger to do some grocery shopping, while I was waiting for my appointment across the street at Micro Center. This Kroger is indeed older, but from the moment you walk in, the employees are very friendly and courteous. The produce dept was very clean and well stocked with a very large selection of high quality produce. I had a question on the lettuce, and an employee did all he could to help me. Excellent customer service! The cashier was courteous and friendly. Very convenient, with the parking lot having two entrances on both Powers Ferry Road and Delk Road. This is a nice Kroger, and I will return next time I am in East Cobb.

The Boyfriend and I refer to this location as «the ghetto Kroger». There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just an older store and it’s at the intersection of Delk and Powers Ferry, so it can be a bit scary at times. I usually go directly after work and have never had a problem. The store is nothing fancy in the least bit and doesn’t have the best produce selection. It has a decent organic section, as do most Kroger’s. My favorite part about this location is the deli section. It’s not great either, but one of the deli ladies is a riot. She is so nice and remembers me every time I go in there. Another pro: you can enter the parking lot from either Delk or Powers Ferry.

I was stuck up in «big chicken» land the other morning and didn’t want the greasy biscuit options typical of breakfast joints in the area. I drove down one of the many streets with three lanes each way and a turning lane in the middle until I came upon a Kroger. The store is consistent no matter where I visit them. The«Natural Food» section to the rescue again! For the most part, Kroger is just like any other large grocery store, but their selection of «healthy» labels is more impressive than others. The convenience of their locations is a lifesaver when I need a healthy snack to hold me over ’till I leave the outskirts of civilization(i.e., a few miles OTP) where they rarely have healthy food options. On a side note, I often wonder what people that don’t purchase from the«Natural Food» section think; do they think that the rest of the food in the store that they purchase is «unnatural food?» I know I’m trippin’, but just a thought ;p
