History

Established in 1998.

Joel worked for the nation’s largest home builder, Pulte Homes, after graduating from Baylor University. He then became the youngest sales manager in the company’s history further increasing his knowledge of the real estate industry and customer service.

In 2003, Joel went out on his own in real estate sales and marketing. Since then, Joel has sold over 650 homes and also has developed and built over 200 homes and town homes.

Joel is currently focused solely on helping clients sell and purchase property. He is currently the Top Producer in his office of over 600 agents where he sells over 50 homes and $ 25 Million in property transactions per year.

Joel has worked professionally in the real estate industry since 1998 after getting a business degree with a Real Estate major from Baylor University in Texas.

I am a full-​time real estate sale professional committed to offering my clients the best service possible. I have personally sold all of the homes on my profile, not a team of 9 – 10 agents. The average agent sells less than 3 homes per year, and I personally sell over 50 homes per year!
