Business Owner

Paul’s road to the wine, beer, and spirits industry has taken many interesting twists. For 10 years, Paul worked in telecommunications. During that time, he traveled extensively for business. While living in Viña del Mar, Chile, Paul was captivated by the spirit of celebration found among the culture and people. Specifically, he saw how the local wines played an important role, and he fell in love with the wonderful wines of South America.

He then moved to Japan. Again, beverages were integral to Japanese celebrations, particularly beer. More importantly, Paul met his lovely future wife, Yukiko. In 2001, Paul took the inspiration he witnessed firsthand in Japan and South America and purchased Jackie’s. Now, he could be a part of his customer’s celebrations.

Paul understands that family and community are important. That’s why Paul, Yukiko, and their two sons choose to live in East Cobb. That same strong sense of community is something we try to achieve for you each day.
