Although the price may seem right, the company never showed up to our son’s 3^rd birthday party. I called and left a message around 3 because we had not received a call that they were on the way. He called back around 3:30 — when the train was scheduled to arrive — stating he was doing yard work and forgot. He asked if we still wanted them to come and that it would take an hour. An hour later, I called him back and he told me the tire was flat and he wouldn’t be able to make it. Luckily, we didn’t tell our son the train was coming, but 15 other kids were expecting it. It is unacceptable to not notify people that you are not providing a service you are contracted to do. We paid $ 100 to reserve the train and your business is to make sure everything is in working order and that you remember to show up. You are dealing with children…
